Here's how we actually work, step by step.
You send us your design. Drawings, samples, photos, or even a rough description – it doesn't have to be perfect. We just need to understand what you want. We'll check the material specs, the construction, and any tricky points.
Then we source the raw materials from the local market – leather, fabric, foam, hardware. Because we buy in large volumes, we get good prices. And because the supply chain is right here, sourcing usually takes days, not weeks.
Once we have the materials, we make a sample. We cut, stitch, and send you photos and videos. If needed, we ship the physical sample. You review, give feedback, and we adjust. We keep going until you're happy. Sampling typically takes 3 to 7 days, depending on the complexity.
After the sample is approved, we create production-grade patterns. Our pattern maker optimizes the nesting layout – arranging the pieces on the material to minimize waste. This step is key to keeping costs down. Less waste means lower cost per unit, which means better pricing for you.
For cutting, we use two methods. High-volume simple shapes go on hydraulic die-cutting presses – one press, one piece. For complex shapes or smaller runs, we use a CNC oscillating knife cutter. The edges are clean, and the dimensions are consistent.
Then comes stitching and assembly. Our sewing operators work on industrial lockstitch and overlock machines. Each person handles a specific task – straight seams, corners, zippers, edge finishing. We use jigs and templates to keep the stitching consistent across thousands of units. For high-end orders, we do double stitching and reinforced stress points.
Every piece goes through quality control. We check for loose threads, uneven stitching, material defects, and size accuracy. If something's off, it doesn't move forward. For batch production we use AQL sampling; for premium orders we do 100% inspection.
After QC, we move to finishing and packaging. Edges are burnished or painted. Hardware is attached. Then we clean, fold, bag, and box everything according to your specs. We can do custom packaging – poly bags, color boxes, blister packs – whatever you need.
Finally, shipping. From Yiwu, we ship by sea, air, or rail. We work with freight forwarders who cover Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Full container loads or LCL, we handle both.
Our customers include automotive accessory brands, furniture companies, bag and luggage brands, pet product distributors, and industrial equipment manufacturers. Some sell to retailers, others sell direct to consumers. Some want budget-friendly products, others want premium quality. We do both.
Our minimum order quantity is typically 500 to 1,000 pieces, depending on the product. The more you order, the better your per-unit price – that's just how factory economics work. Lead time is usually 15 to 30 days after sample approval, plus shipping time.
Payment methods: bank transfer (corporate account), WeChat Pay, Alipay, or PayPal. We work on a deposit plus balance model. Regular customers can negotiate terms.
